The challenges faced by international managers are constantly changing. Often, the complex nature of such challenges involving enhancement of international communication competency cannot be met by language training alone.
For these reasons and based on client feedback, LTC has developed a programme for managers which goes beyond language training and offers support and guidance in dealing with these challenges. All of these measures are aimed at managers who already have a comfortable level of the target language.
Coaching@work
This special LTC programme offers German and international managers the opportunity to prepare for specific individual challenges in combination with communication training in the target language. Coaching takes place during 1-1 sessions to enable a highly individual and needs specific focus.
Management Seminars
The LTC Management Seminars are for all managers who want to prepare for and work through important topics relevant to today’s management world in small groups in an efficient and intensive way. The seminars “Communication in International Management”, “Negotiating at International Level” and “Conflict Resolution in International Teams” are tailored to meet the special needs of clients and participant groups.
