Every client is assigned a training manager at our headquarters in Hamburg as well as on location, if needed. Our training managers ensure the flow of communication between the client, participants and trainer and take care of all organizational aspects of the language training, providing optimal efficiency. Through high-performance course administration we ensure efficient administration of the training and provide companies with all of the desired data for monitoring measures.
TRAINING - Language training is our core business and we are measured on its success. Our trainers are our “capital” and we dedicate attention to the selection, professional competence and further development of our trainers as well as to materials and methods.

For job specific training, alone or in a group, the participants learn and practice the language they need in order to carry out their work-related tasks. Training goals and content are continually checked and conceptualized so that the participants can immediately use what they have learned in their business communication. This secures sustainability and relevance!
