Business Development and Online Learning Manager
Language Training Center (LTC) is a corporate language and communications skills training provider with its headquarters in Hamburg. As a full-service provider we offer clients nationwide services and solutions for their international communication training needs.
We are presently looking for a competent and motivated person to join our growing Business Development team and on specific Online & Blended Learning projects.
Job Description:
-
Organization and implementation of marketing activities (including trade fairs)
-
Assistance in the creation of marketing materials and offers
-
Market and competitive analysis research
-
Driver and development of the LTC portfolio
-
Work closely on online learning projects for clients, including materials coordination and support of trainers and participants

Leading and working on international online material development projects
Your profile:
-
You have professional experience in training and further education OR you are/have been a foreign language trainer for English or German
-
You are experienced in online learning and are interested in new learning forms and media
-
University degree in a relevant field and/or commercial apprenticeship
-
Excellent German and English as well as an affinity for languages and culture
-
Competent MS Office Skills
-
Highly team and client oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast moving environment
